I receive a note from a stylist that asked me how to deal with no-shows, and I wanted to address this to all because this is and will be a continual problem if you allow it.
No-shows are an obvious pain in the you-know-what-ski, and all stylists have to deal with this particular problem. So, what is the best way to handle such a problem so your customers don't commit this unpardonable sin against you time and time again?
