Your Customers Will Love You for Buying A Good Marketing Book

Do you think that I finally lost my mind by just blatantly telling you that you should buy a good marketing book, knowing that I have one for sale? Well, it does seem that way doesn’t it?

So let me explain exactly why your customers would even care about what book you buy.

It’s really simple; they want the very best service they can get and if you were to take the time, effort, and dollars necessary to invest in yourself to do such a thing you would broadcasting to your customers that you care so much about them getting the ultimate customer service that you will go out of your way to make sure they get it.

And then there is always the emotional trigger that utilizes the likeability factor, and that teaches that when you go to a stylist that a lot of people go to, they believe that they are all in a very special group of customers with an expert stylist in his/her field. This has a very powerful suggestion quality to it as your customers want to brag about you to their friends and family. And … this is not a bad thing to happen to you.

Also, by developing a strong referral business, more of your customers will realize just how busy you are, and that as well suggests to them that you must be an important successful stylist, and who doesn’t want to brag about someone like that.

And believe it or not even in a tough economy, there are many that are not afraid to brag about how much they pay to get their hair done. To them it’s really a basic thought of saying “I’m worth every penny of this” now I do want to interject that you must and I emphasis the must part … be awesome in adding all kinds of value to your customers experience.

Oh yea one more thing, I believe with all my heart that I can help you achieve all this. Is that too bold? Don’t you want to convey to your customers that you can perform such a unique service for them and you want them to believe your service is worth the money?
