How to Start a Hair Salon Business |

How to Start a Wildly Successful Hair Salon BusinessThe hair salon business is all about customer satisfaction. Those salons that have happy customers thrive and grow. Those that have a problem with customer satisfaction will not grow, will not get referrals and will eventually lose customers, and go out of business. The message here is if you are not a people person, then this business may not be for you. A salon needs to be a pleasant place to visit and spend an hour or so. The beauticians need to be skilled and friendly. They need to be efficient in their work and professional in the service they provide. |

One of the biggest 'secrets' is that there really isn't any secrets. Oh yea, there are techniques and strategies but I want to tell you that implementing what you learn is possibly the biggest 'secret' that you could ever learn. Stylists will read about marketing to boost the number of customers coming in and ask another stylist about it and it's over ... even before it began. Listen, stylist know how to cut hair, I don't doubt that. But what I wondering is how many of them are making six figures a year? |

Attention HairdressersI had a chap who would come and have his hair cut with me every five weeks. Just before his arrival, the girls in the salon hairdressers would start giggling as they knew what was coming! I would wash his hair and then he would sit for his haircut and I would cape up. |
